Desert Moon Properties is a small locally-owned-and-operated business in Albuquerque, NM. We are very selective about who we partner with and only able to work with a limited number of partners at a time, so it's best to schedule a consultation to discuss whether we are a good fit to work together.

Services include short/long-term rental properties, as well as partnering with home buyers, sellers, and real estate investors.

Sometimes investors acquire properties they are unable to renovate or keep, so we work with other investors who may be looking for deals!

We also work with clients who may be in tough situations and need to sell their property quickly for cash.
